Just before 6pm on Wednesday police arrested the 35-year-old man when he attended the unit, which was under heavy surveillance.

Shortly after the arrest, investigators executed a crime scene warrant in the storage cage and search warrants at a unit in the complex and a home at Beaumont Hills.

Officers seized a .38 colt six-shot revolver, ammunition, encrypted mobile phones, cash, a hydrogen chloride gas cylinder, and various documentation.

Klein, who has been identified as a high-ranking member of the Finks OMCG, was taken to Riverstone Police Station and charged with large commercial drug supply and 15 firearms offences.
